Entrepreneur

Why does  a person choose one area rather then another?
~It can be a chance or a chance meeting
~It can be an opportunity
~Fear-It can motivate one to do something,but it's not the one I'm looking for.There can be a fear of life flattening off and going downhill,which would be financially disagreeable but not critical.
Security is an antidote to anxiety.
With successful people the anxieties are 'propellant' than retardant
B-school teaches `Assets`
`Audience`
`Cash flow`
How to get is a manager's responsibility for his/her firm's growth.
Power-is the ability to persuade,and if one fails at persuading that person is not thrown out with the effort.It's a scale on which self-worth is measured.
Money is a measurement of how well you're doing.You can be just as smart and never make the big money,and yet be doing a better job than some fellow who's making the big money.
Making money is not itself success-it's a by product of success.
An artist paints on oil canvas.A composer works with musical notes and notations.An entrepreneur works with money.An entrepreneur has the advantage because money is with the medium in which he works and also a very direct measure of success.A person whose success can be measured in money  has a reward system that is  more efficient than almost all others.
~Self-image is prime motivator-The view of oneself as being significant,of being different from others,as being someone who can standout and someone who can make things happen.
~The value of challenge is that it wonderfully focuses energies and thinking
~There is much power in unusual combinations,because by definition they must be very rare
~People can train for unusual combinations,because by definition they must be very rare
~Constant search for what you really wanted.This restlessness and willingness to change is also a feature of successful people.They don't seem to be content of what has been provided to them
~If you're smart,used your wits and paid attention to the world,if you just understood the world,it was all you have to do
~Experience has many plus points,but one minus point is the loss of innocence
                                                       Creativity
                                             ------------------------------
                                            |                              |           I
                  Creativity of Creativity of
        innocence         escape
Creativity of innocence--Because you don't know how something ought to be done,you're able to find an original solution
The new comer may not know why something cannot be done
Creativity of escape--We do-not know how things are generally done,but we manage to escape from that.for such escape we need provocation and some of the other attitudes and tools of lateral thinking
~The essential point of provocation is that we create an unstable situation from which we can then move forward to a new perception or a new idea
~Once we understand the nature of patterning systems then we come to realize two things.The first thing is that such systems are absolutely essential for ordinary life and immensely valuable.The second thing is that we are locked into those patterns which are but a summary of our sequence of past experience,and that already experience can be used to form new ideas.

About a place

I walk along this lonely high way working all my way with the few opportunities and great hopes for the future.I glance at the rugged mountains covered with thick blanket of snow .These beautiful landscapes uncover their beauty with the ascending sun intruding onto their body leaving beautiful diamond droplets.
The withering flowers and the draping winds re-gather  the reminiscences of
life and the stages I've gone through  capturing and seizing every opportunity that comes my way and trying to channel the energies I have got.Making the right decisions at the right time and allowing space for them to fruit into the right path.Life  always give a second opportunity so do your loved ones.I don't believe in the general belief that if you fail to seize the right opportunity at the right time;you'll not get it.Because life is long and is long enough for you to make mistakes and learn from them.Black days in life are like the blanket of snow which disappear by a new day; and diamond droplets the new niche to venture and drive yourself to success.
Success is measured by not what you win but how you did.And in the process
even if you fail,leave the withered flowers;winning every heart in the path
you've gone through.
Get rejuvenated by music and every wind of energy that blows in your
territory of life.

Shakespeare Sonnets

Weary with toil, I haste me to my bed,
The dear repose for limbs with travel tired;
But then begins a journey in my head,
To work my mind, when body's work's expired:
For then my thoughts, from far where I abide,
Intend a zealous pilgrimage to thee,
And keep my drooping eyelids open wide,
Looking on darkness which the blind do see
Save that my soul's imaginary sight
Presents thy shadow to my sightless view,
Which, like a jewel hung in ghastly night,
Makes black night beauteous and her old face new.
Lo! thus, by day my limbs, by night my mind,
For thee and for myself no quiet find.
---------------------------------------
Lord of my love, to whom in vassalage
Thy merit hath my duty strongly knit,
To thee I send this written embassage,
To witness duty, not to show my wit:
Duty so great, which wit so poor as mine
May make seem bare, in wanting words to show it,
But that I hope some good conceit of thine
In thy soul's thought, all naked, will bestow it;
Till whatsoever star that guides my moving
Points on me graciously with fair aspect
And puts apparel on my tatter'd loving,
To show me worthy of thy sweet respect:
Then may I dare to boast how I do love thee;
Till then not show my head where thou mayst prove me
----------------------------------------
How can I then return in happy plight,
That am debarr'd the benefit of rest?
When day's oppression is not eased by night,
But day by night, and night by day, oppress'd?
And each, though enemies to either's reign,
Do in consent shake hands to torture me;
The one by toil, the other to complain
How far I toil, still farther off from thee.
I tell the day, to please them thou art bright
And dost him grace when clouds do blot the heaven:
So flatter I the swart-complexion'd night,
When sparkling stars twire not thou gild'st the even.
But day doth daily draw my sorrows longer
And night doth nightly make grief's strength
seem stronger.
----------------------------------------------
When, in disgrace with fortune and men's eyes,
I all alone beweep my outcast state
And trouble deaf heaven with my bootless cries
And look upon myself and curse my fate,
Wishing me like to one more rich in hope,
Featured like him, like him with friends possess'd,
Desiring this man's art and that man's scope,
With what I most enjoy contented least;
Yet in these thoughts myself almost despising,
Haply I think on thee, and then my state,
Like to the lark at break of day arising
From sullen earth, sings hymns at heaven's gate;
For thy sweet love remember'd such wealth brings
That then I scorn to change my state with kings
------------------------------------------------
Thy bosom is endeared with all hearts,
Which I by lacking have supposed dead,
And there reigns love and all love's loving parts,
And all those friends which I thought buried.
How many a holy and obsequious tear
Hath dear religious love stol'n from mine eye
As interest of the dead, which now appear
But things removed that hidden in thee lie!
Thou art the grave where buried love doth live,
Hung with the trophies of my lovers gone,
Who all their parts of me to thee did give;
That due of many now is thine alone:
Their images I loved I view in thee,
And thou, all they, hast all the all of me.
----------------------------------------------------
If thou survive my well-contented day,
When that churl Death my bones with dust shall cover,
And shalt by fortune once more re-survey
These poor rude lines of thy deceased lover,
Compare them with the bettering of the time,
And though they be outstripp'd by every pen,
Reserve them for my love, not for their rhyme,
Exceeded by the height of happier men.
O, then vouchsafe me but this loving thought:
'Had my friend's Muse grown with this growing age,
A dearer birth than this his love had brought,
To march in ranks of better equipage:
But since he died and poets better prove,
Theirs for their style I'll read, his for his love.'
-----------------------------------------------------
Why didst thou promise such a beauteous day,
And make me travel forth without my cloak,
To let base clouds o'ertake me in my way,
Hiding thy bravery in their rotten smoke?
'Tis not enough that through the cloud thou break,
To dry the rain on my storm-beaten face,
For no man well of such a salve can speak
That heals the wound and cures not the disgrace:
Nor can thy shame give physic to my grief;
Though thou repent, yet I have still the loss:
The offender's sorrow lends but weak relief
To him that bears the strong offence's cross.
Ah! but those tears are pearl which thy love sheds,
And they are rich and ransom all ill deeds
---------------------------------------------------
No more be grieved at that which thou hast done:
Roses have thorns, and silver fountains mud;
Clouds and eclipses stain both moon and sun,
And loathsome canker lives in sweetest bud.
All men make faults, and even I in this,
Authorizing thy trespass with compare,
Myself corrupting, salving thy amiss,
Excusing thy sins more than thy sins are;
For to thy sensual fault I bring in sense--
Thy adverse party is thy advocate--
And 'gainst myself a lawful plea commence:
Such civil war is in my love and hate
That I an accessary needs must be
To that sweet thief which sourly robs from me
------------------------------------------
As a decrepit father takes delight
To see his active child do deeds of youth,
So I, made lame by fortune's dearest spite,
Take all my comfort of thy worth and truth.
For whether beauty, birth, or wealth, or wit,
Or any of these all, or all, or more,
Entitled in thy parts do crowned sit,
I make my love engrafted to this store:
So then I am not lame, poor, nor despised,
Whilst that this shadow doth such substance give
That I in thy abundance am sufficed
And by a part of all thy glory live.
Look, what is best, that best I wish in thee:
This wish I have; then ten times happy me!
------------------------------------------------
How can my Muse want subject to invent,
While thou dost breathe, that pour'st into my verse
Thine own sweet argument, too excellent
For every vulgar paper to rehearse?
O, give thyself the thanks, if aught in me
Worthy perusal stand against thy sight;
For who's so dumb that cannot write to thee,
When thou thyself dost give invention light?
Be thou the tenth Muse, ten times more in worth
Than those old nine which rhymers invocate;
And he that calls on thee, let him bring forth
Eternal numbers to outlive long date.
If my slight Muse do please these curious days,
The pain be mine, but thine shall be the praise.
